If it is isolated, does it still pull from the internet?
Not by default. If it is isolated, it only uses the approved information loaded into it. New articles, law updates, or reference materials can be added through approved updates, scheduled imports, or a controlled research source if the firm chooses that mode.
Can all users access it, or is it one terminal?
It can be either, depending on the security model. The practical setup is a private server that authorized users access from their own computers through a secure browser interface. The most locked-down setup can be a dedicated terminal, but most firms choose controlled multi-user office access.
Can it access cloud practice systems like MyCase as files update?
There are two levels. For a pilot, use controlled MyCase exports or backups so the workflow can be tested safely. For ongoing updates, export tools or API integration may be possible, but scheduled refresh or live integration should be scoped separately after the pilot.
What is monthly support for?
Monthly support keeps the private AI system reliable, updated, backed up, tuned, and useful after setup. It covers ingestion help, search-quality checks, workflow tuning, access review, backup verification, and practical user support.
Why separate pilot, setup, and monthly support?
A pilot proves one workflow before anyone commits to production. Production setup is the implementation. Monthly support keeps the system maintained, backed up, tuned, and useful after launch. Public pages do not need to force a five-figure production decision before the buyer has seen the workflow.
Is onsite work included?
Most pilots and support are remote-first. Onsite implementation is available for qualified deployments and quoted based on location and scope. Local presence is a trust advantage. It is not unlimited travel bundled into every project.
What does the first screen-share use?
Synthetic or sample documents only. No client files, privileged material, medical records, real owner files, real guest emails, or production records are needed for the first look.
What gets logged?
Logging is configurable. Some firms want usage and security logs. Others want minimal retention because prompts and uploaded text may contain sensitive information. Choose the policy before production use.
