A plain-language summary of what this website collects and how 30A AI treats sensitive files. This page is not a contract. Pilot and production engagements are governed by written agreements.
The marketing site collects almost nothing.
No accounts, no uploads
This site has no login and no public document-upload form. If you email or book a call, that contact information is used only to respond and schedule.
Scheduling
Calls are booked through Calendly under Calendly's own terms. Only the details you enter to schedule are shared with it.
Analytics
If site analytics are enabled, they are cookieless and privacy-first. No advertising trackers, no profiles sold or shared.
Sensitive files are handled by deployment design and written agreement, not default trust.
Demos use sample data only
The first screen-share uses synthetic or sample documents. No privileged client files, medical records, real matter files, owner files, or guest records are needed for a first look.
Pilots run under written boundaries
A paid pilot uses only firm-approved or operator-approved data, with scope, access, and retention defined in writing before any real data is shared.
Private by design
Controlled and isolated deployments do not browse the open internet or send your documents to public AI tools by default. Any external connection is deliberately designed and scoped.
Logging and retention are configurable
Usage logging, retention, and deletion are set per engagement. Some buyers want audit logs; others want minimal retention because prompts can contain sensitive text.
No generic compliance badge.
Engagements involving regulated data, protected health information, or privileged legal material are handled under project-specific controls. 30A AI does not claim a blanket certification here. Required safeguards are defined in writing before production use.
Limited tools. No data sales.
Third parties
Limited to scheduling (Calendly), email, and optional privacy-first analytics. Pilot and production tooling is disclosed and scoped in the engagement agreement.
No sale of data
Your contact information and any project data are never sold or rented.
